Coconut Chair

"The comparison of the Coconut Chair to a slice of coconut cut into eight pieces is attributed to the creator himself - George Nelson, an eminent representative of mid-century American modernism. However, the colours of this iconic and spacious armchair are reversed: the outside of the plastic shell is white, the comfortable one-piece upholstery is covered with high-quality leather or fabric available in a variety of colours.

Seat shell: glass-fibre reinforced plastic, white.
Upholstery (one-piece): polyurethane foam.
Seat height: 295 mm (255 mm with applied load, measured in accordance with EN 1335-1).
Legs: Steel tube, bright chrome-plated.
Glides: fitted with plastic glides for carpets; felt glides for hard floors available as an option".
